I'm Darren, AKA Character Creative, and I'm recruiter working across the digital tech and design industries. I've been doing what I do for over a decade now and I've been lucky enough to work with some of the most exciting and groundbreaking creative businesses in the North - and sometimes further afield. I use my experience to help advise on best practice - not just finding and hiring new talent but making sure the talent they already have are content, engaged and happy.
