Chapman Capital Partners (CCP) is a South Australian boutique advisory business founded by five key business partners who have diverse experience in leading and advising large and small businesses, governments and not-for-profit organisations. The five partners are: Rob Chapman, Jennifer Ma, Jim Hazel, Con Tragakis and Bruce Carter. Specialising in providing strategic and transaction advice to organisations, CCP draws on the deep commercial and financial expertise of its principals to support our clients as they grow, change and transact. We specialise in mid-market transactions including business divestment, acquisition and private equity transactions. We advise our clients on funding strategy and raising capital in its various forms including: growth equity, debt and hybrid instruments.
