Changing Work is a movement committed to transforming our relationship with work...starting from the inside out. We help conscious leaders do the deep, life-changing work that allows them to lead with more self-awareness, compassion, and integrity in every corner of their professional lives. Our vision: a world where work is no longer a source of burnout or disconnection, but a space for growth, healing, and meaningful contribution. Our approach is twofold: We build community, bringing together conscious leaders, workers, and change agents who are ready to rethink business as usual. We share what works through co-authored books, our podcast, newsletter, online courses, live events, and cohort-based learning experiences. This isn’t about escaping the system. It’s about transforming our relationship with it. We believe profit and purpose can co-exist, and that business should serve all stakeholders...not just those at the top.
