ChangeMatters is a collaborative strategy and support consultancy for social change and movement organizations. We offer customized organizational development, training, and executive coaching with experienced peer technical assistance. Our team members each have decades of experience working with small and medium sized nonprofits and collaboratives. We’re helping leaders develop ambitious, values-aligned strategy and practical approaches to build the courageous, connected, sustainable organizations needed now. And we do it with inspired ideas, soulful support, practical advice, a relationship forward orientation, and embodied leadership and challenge. We want social change leaders and their organizations to have the resources, structures, connections, capacity, and power they need to build vibrant communities of opportunity and justice for us all. ChangeMatters is a social enterprise. Decisions about why we work, how we work, and with whom we work are rooted in purpose, values, and vision. We practice intentionally and imperfectly collaborative leadership that prioritizes most affected by inequitable systems. We try to model meaningful work at a human pace. We bring our substantial experience to experiments in social change. ChangeMatters was the first Benefit LLC registered in the United States. This special corporate designation for social enterprises and triple-bottom line companies signifies our commitment to balancing financial performance, environmental priorities, and social change objectives throughout all our work.
