We are NOT management consultants; ChangeCraft is an executive tool. We do not delude ourselves into believing that we can manage your business better than you can. (And we don't second-guess your strategic decisions.) We are seasoned specialists in designing and implementing effective responses to a type of critical challenge your business may face only once or twice in a generation: organizational transformation. Bottom line: in our work we always deal with many more non-managers than managers. We are NOT executive coaches. On behalf of executives, we design and install transformation projects. BUT we do know - and work with - some excellent executive coaches we'll tell you about. We are NOT trainers or motivators. While we use training (and skills certification) as a tool, our deliverable is a custom-designed transformation process, operated by your employees.
