Chancerygate is the UK’s largest urban logistics property developer and investment manager and the only one operating nationwide. In Europe, Chancerygate has in excess of 860,000 sq ft of Grade A multi-let urban logistics accommodation under construction or ready for development across five different sites. One is in Ireland, two are in Spain and two in Portugal. In the UK, Chancerygate currently has around 2.2m sq ft of urban logistics space under construction or ready for development across 15 sites ranging from Leeds to Croydon. We manage in excess of £700m of investment assets across the UK and Europe comprising more than 540 units totalling around 4.7m sq ft of commercial space. Chancerygate also has offices in London, Warrington and Birmingham.
