Le cœur de métier de Chamtor est le fractionnement du blé pour la production d’ingrédients : amidon, glucose, protéines et produits dérivés. Entreprise du Groupe coopératif VIVESCIA créée en 1992 sous l’impulsion du monde agricole, Chamtor transforme et valorise 450 000 tonnes de blé par an collectées exclusivement dans la région Champagne-Ardenne-Picardie.
