Champaign Cycle Information

Champaign Cycle is a bicycle shop, not a bicycle store. We don't just sell bicycles, parts, and accessories; we also assemble, fit, repair, and accessorize your bicycle. Our service department is central to our business and to your cycling enjoyment. At Champaign Cycle the service department is located in the center of the shop, there is no partition that separates it from the rest of the shop. When you walk in the front door you look directly back to the service department. This is the heart of our operation. Without excellent bicycle assembly and mechanical service even a quality bicycle will operate poorly. We provide quality service for quality bicycles. Our primary service commitment is to Champaign Cycle bicycle purchasers. We also service other brands of quality bicycles which were purchased at other bicycle shops. Due to the large demand for our service we have had to exclude bicycle brands which are sold at discount and chain stores. We apologize to the owners of those bicycles, but high demand requires us to limit the brands of bicycles that we can accept for service.
