Create unadultered vegan champagne with a distinct signature of minerality, elegance, aerial characteristics and subtelty. Our champagne are dosage free to reveal, respect and deliver the full character of each season and grape maturity. No cheating, no compromise – period. To us, creating champagne is an art, not a science. Craftmanship, not industrial mass production; allowing and revealing instead of engineering and manipulating. It’s a mission that starts with selecting growers who have access to the terroirs and plots with the characteristics we are looking for across the "Montagne de Reims", The "Vallée de la Marne" and the "Cote des Blancs". Our champagne tells the story of this land. Of rolling hills, forest, limestone soil and the water of the Marne river. Of long, mild summer days, crisp winters and misty fall mornings, of people who respect the land and have cared for it for generations.
