CHAMP Ventures is a leading Australian mid-market private equity firm focused on growth capital, replacement capital and management buy-outs. As part of the CHAMP Group, our history traces back to 1987 and we are one of Australia’s first institutional private equity funds. In November 2009, the AMP Capital Investors private equity team joined CHAMP Ventures. CHAMP Ventures has successfully invested in most industries and across all investment cycles. Our senior team has more than 80 years of experience and we have made more than 57 investments over seven funds. We have consistently created more value for our investors and our business partners through different economic cycles. We are currently investing our seventh fund of A$475 million. Our investors consist of major international and Australian institutional investors including pension funds and sovereign funds.
