We are Chainza - trained and certified Web3 engineers to build DeFi dApps for you! We find the best talents in the local Ukrainian market by searching among the graduates of mathematics and IT faculties of local universities, with relevant experience with the main related (Typescript, React, or Express) technologies and the greatest English speaking and communication capabilities. We put them through an education process where they learn DeFi concepts, blockchain, and Web3. During two months of training, depending on their preference, they can obtain one of our three engineering specializations: Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Web 3 Engineer. Each engineer must then pass an exam in order to qualify for a corresponding Chainza specialization.
