Mr. Ramzan was eminently qualified to achieve this goal based on his extensive background in the development manufacture of standard and custom writing instrument inks for some of the world's most well-known writing instrument manufacturers in the consumer and office supply markets. Chad has over 42 years of experience in chemistry and ink development. He previously held senior R & D management positions at two leading writing instrument manufacturers. His in-depth knowledge of surfactants, metals, alloys, solvents, polymers, pigments, and dyes has lead to the successful worldwide launches of several new writing instrument products. Chad Labs Corporation is focused on the field of writing and specialty inks as well as providing consulting, custom development, and production of these inks. The corporation is composed of a physical facility at one location which includes manufacturing, R & D laboratory, and office areas. The fully-equipped laboratory has the capability to analyze all specifications of ink formulation and troubleshoot with the latest cutting edge technology. Ink manufacturing consists of fully equipped 10 ink-processing kettles that can produce 500 - 750 tons annually. This can produce 2 - 3 billion pens annually.
