cGrate Zambia is a subsidiary of cGrate International. Established in 2009, cGrate Zambia’s mission is to provide convenience by processing payments that connect consumers, merchants and issuers. cGrate has traditionally focused on the high-volume distribution and sale of electronic vouchers (airtime, electricity, water and other utility payments) and provision of mobile banking services. The company has evolved over the last years to service the growing demand by financial institutions and mobile money operators to digitize their operations by providing points of presence for merchant payments, cash withdrawals, cash deposits, and online payments. Our role in the market is to bring all issuers into one platform for merchants to serve consumers from the multiple issuers.
