Military Applications The CGear Tactical Helimat is a helicopter landing system used in desert, austere combat and snowy locations in Australia, the United State of America, Europe, the Middle East and worldwide. The Tactical Helimat eliminates brownouts/whiteouts, improves safety and reduces helicopter maintenance costs. The design is lightweight, compact, rapidly deployable and reusable. The Tactical Helimat has won contracts with the US Marines, British MOD, the Australia Army and other military, emergency services and civilian organisations. Civilian Applications The CGear Multimat was originally designed as a deployable helimat to eliminate dirt, dust and debris from being kicked up by the helicopters rotors when landing. The product was so successful in eliminating sand, dirt and dust from helicopter landings that it was applied to camping sites. The product is now the market leader in the camping and caravan category throughout Australia. CGear Privacy Screen range using a similar synthetic meshing offers caravan and campers a wide range of products for any privacy screen solution. The range has fully bound edges, stainless steel D-Ring tie points on the sides and bottom and roped tracking for easy installation on to awning rollers.
