From our depot in Heywood, an extensive liveried fleet of vehicles and trailers, in excess of 50 personnel, fully computerized traffic systems, including satellite vehicle tracking and document scanning, CFT currently handle many thousands of pallets each month. In addition, CFT supply & manage dedicated vehicles for clients, in the client’s own livery, with uniformed drivers. From the client’s perspective, this has the benefit of conveying an impression of an in-house fleet, with the implied statement of company stature, but without the pursuant complications of managing it. Our aim is to provide value for money, without compromising on a high quality of service. This is reflected in the fact that we handle both high value and fragile goods for organisations whose produce ranges from laboratory autoclaves, textiles, furniture, bottled goods and foodstuffs through to engineered filter fabrics for the aerospace and automotive industries. CFT Services, originally founded in 1988, are shareholder members of the pallet network, Pallet Track. Like CFT, the ethos of the Pallet Track network as a whole is to maintain high levels of service, thereby retaining existing clients, across all sectors and consignment types. Nationwide coverage is possible from the state of the art distribution hub situated near Birmingham and heavy investment in I.T. infrastructure the network operates efficiently and well within capacity.
