In 1997, Mentor Business Applications was formed by John Morre and Linda Panichelli to provide performance measurement services for closely held businesses. CFO Plus was formed to provide the services of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an "as needed" basis to young emerging businesses. Both companies shared the vision that each set of services holds equal importance for the small and emerging business owner/entrepreneur alike.
