CFMC (Colorado Foundation for Medical Care) Information

CFMC serves as Colorado’s federally designated Medicare Quality Improvement Organization, or QIO, working directly with hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices and other direct care providers throughout Colorado to achieve national quality goals.
