He has performed services and activity in construction valuation & management, property management and real estate investment for local businesses and entities, and has consistently performed residential valuations and reviews since 2001. Over the years, Mr. Hay has performed as a staff reviewer/appraiser and fee appraiser while rendering complex and non complex residential valuations and reviews.
