Founded 1st of March 2006 the company started out developing and delivering electrical machinery traditionally made with hydraulic power packs. The main products was electrical driven ROV winches and Pressure Control Equipment. In 2011 the company was bought by Ulstein Marine Technology and became a member of the Ulmatec Group. From 2014 the company is focusing on design and delivery highly reliable equipment for the Well Intervention Industry and changed the name to Ulmatec Well Products AS. Key products include , BOP Control Units, Well Control Units, IWOCS Power Packs, IWOCS reels, HPUs and Mud Buckets. In 2015 we will deliver the first BOP Control Units with SIL 2 assessment to the Well Intervention Market.
