I am a Life and Business Coach with some 25 years of experience in the corporate arena across the globe. We all had great ambitions as children, nothing was impossible and the world was our oyster. I guide my clients towards those ambitions, helping them to realise their true goals in work and in their home life, balancing both so they become more productive and fulfilled. I enhance people’s strengths through a unique technique I’ve developed over years of work. I take it upon myself to establish what is required of the employee within the organisation, not merely their perfunctory purpose but their future work objectives and drive them to seek to achieve them. The residual effect is one of a robust, more balanced, happier person. I consider one-to-one coaching to be the way forward. It works for countless individuals, companies and employees to re-align their aims and ambitions and seek an attainable bespoke path to achieve them with a minimum of disruption at maximum cost effectiveness. It’s what I do.
