Our agency is directed by two RID-certified interpreters (Victor and Ruth Vigna) who have been professionally interpreting since 1976 and 1982 respectively. We utilize a network of certified interpreters as well as qualified interpreters working toward certification, all of whom are state licensed. Our service providers are all competent professionals in private practice. They are fluent in both ASL and English and are sensitive to the cultures of both Deaf and Hearing persons. They operate according to principles of ethical behavior as established by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) and the National Association of the Deaf (NAD).
