CERT-IPN Information

CERT-IPN is a CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team), integrated in the Computer Science Laboratory (Laboratório de Informática e Sistemas, IPNlis) from Pedro Nunes Institute, witch is a non profit organization of public utility, whose mission is the technology transfer between University of Coimbra and the Portuguese business and economics fields. Our Mission: Bringing Security to the Portuguese's Information. CERT-IPN put at disposal all the needs to guaranty the confidentiality, integrity, privacy, and redundancy of all digital data that is important and critical to the Customer. In the services range that CERT-IPN presents exits two subgroups, the Dissemination Services and the Consulting Services. The Consulting Services are a set of highly customize services, developed in such way that guaranties that all the client requisites are filled, offering all the necessary tools to support his business reliability and continuity. Confidentiality, integrity, legitimacy, privacy and the authenticity of the information, it always been essential characteristics in the history of the Humanity.
