Socially Relevant vertical targets K-12 Education Infrastructure Assets (“Edu-Infra Assets”) in partnership with Select growth-oriented School Chains. India has the largest K-12 education system in the world with c. 347 mn education seeking population. Cerestra aspires to institutionalize ownership of Edu-Infra Assets by establishing the first of its kind dedicated “Education REIT” Business Critical vertical targets end to end management of “Industrial Assets” with the primary focus on R&D & Manufacturing segments. Presently, Cerestra is the Asset Manager for “MN Park” Portfolio located at Genome Valley. Genome Valley is India’s first state-of-the-art systematically developed life sciences cluster, spread across 25sq. km in Hyderabad. MN Park is a collaborative and innovation ecosystem offering best-in-class multi-specialty R&D facilities to global giants like Novartis, GSK, Mylan, Ashland etc. Cerestra is also a co-manager for Brandix India Apparel City (BIAC). BIAC is promoted by Brandix Lanka Limited. Spread across 1,000 acre, BIAC is an “Integrated Textile and Apparel” SEZ Park located in the port city of Visakhapatnam, employing ~ 18,000 people. Cerestra is owned & led by seasoned professionals with cumulative experience of over 37 years in real estate & infrastructure investment and asset management, with The Capital Partnership (TCP), an over USD 7.5Bn Multi Family Office as the key shareholder.
