The PROCESS? The traditional design process isn’t necessarily wrong—it’s simply too rigid for the unpredictable nature of creativity. The best ideas don’t come from obediently following a process—they emerge from momentum, tension, curiosity, instinct, and the freedom to change direction when the work demands it. We start with clarity around the challenge, the ambition, and what success needs to look like, then build the path as we go. Research becomes experimentation. Strategy collides with intuition. Prototypes challenge assumptions. Conversations spark unexpected directions. We move toward whatever creates the most energy and follow the strongest ideas wherever they lead. The goal isn’t to protect the process. It’s to protect the possibility of making something exceptional.
