Cerco IT Ltd is unlike any other Recruitment Business in the UK. Our strategy is not to advertise vacancies to attract candidates to then make judgements based on a CV but to personally evaluate all candidates for both technical and interpersonal skills. We value our reputation greatly and have a desire to be known in the industry as the company that provide quality. To this end we approach IT Recruitment in a totally different way. • We meet every single candidate face to face. • All candidates are evaluated both interpersonally and technically • Evaluations are held around the UK, Ireland and Germany • The vast majority of our candidates are trained residentially over at least 2 weeks by ourselves • Training is provided free, candidates fund all travel, accommodation and sustenance • We teach the candidate to put the customer first • All candidates are fully Pre Employment Screened (BC/BPSS) • Due to the process candidates have a positive attitude to work • Advanced Training is awarded to our employees for work done these include CompTIA N+ and Server+ We believe in people and that if we surround ourselves with driven can-do professionals we will be able to provide something completely unique. We don't act as a Managed Service style organisation or assist candidates in other disciplines of IT. This means we are completely focused on the supply and delivery of our core service.
