Centrum management and personnel are ready to respond to any needs and/or emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The role of our concierges is to enhance the safety of our clients' buildings, while facilitating a welcoming environment through customer oriented service. Our approach is at all times respectful, reliable and responsive. The presence of Centrum security staff is an effective deterrent against crime and activities that threaten the safety of residents and property. Our personnel are trained and equipped to monitor suspicious and potentially criminal situations and to take appropriate responses, including addressing incidents directly or contacting authorities.
