Benelux based: We operate in the markets we know best and where we have extensive experience in all aspects of management as well as in the broad spectrum of legal, social and administrative affairs. Brand agnostic: We have strong relationships and partnership experience with all the strong international brand families. Although we believe that brands add value through their distribution and loyalty programs, we also operate non-branded properties if we believe the revenues can be optimized through other levers. Independent: We are a “no strings attached” company and the only interests we serve are those of the hotel owners we work for. Centriq Hotel management wants to be the best partner for any hotel owner with assets in Benelux. Increasing the asset value of our clients is the core of our priorities. We do not pursue quick wins but long term goals through uncompromising guest service in every segment and type of hotel, engaged and caring employees, and the optimization of the financial performance of the property.
