Central Virginia Apartment Association Information

Central Virginia's only organization advocating exclusively for multifamily rental housing. Our mission is to serve the interests of multifamily owners, managers, developers and suppliers by maintaining a high level of professionalism in the multifamily industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public. CVAA's membership consist of more than 85 owners and management companies representing more than 50,000 rental housing units and a vendor membership base of more than 120 companies. Our purpose is to establish and maintain an industry that offers quality, multifamily housing to the public, equitably compensates its workforce and provides investors with a fair and reasonable rate of return. Through our affiliation with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), CVAA not only provides its members with a wide array of training opportunities but also provides members with numerous networking opportunities.
