I am an invested professional in our community serving as a Hampton Citizen Police Alumni (CPA). A strong background in developing and training security operational policies and procedures for Private Security working in Mall environments / mixed retail, business, hotels, and event properties. I am certified Department of Criminal Justice (DCJS) Instructor, Compliance Agent for Private Security Services; actively involved with training and employing officers to perform security patrol and professional communications while Serving the Community through Public Policing and Crime Prevention. I have over 25 years of extensive civilian, law enforcement and military experience. I served a prideful commitment in the United States Army to include duties as a Deputy Sheriff and a Correctional Officer. I continued supporting the troops as a private contractor in Kuwait and Iraq, in support of Enduring Freedom. I am currently a Security Board member for the City of Hampton, Coliseum Central Business Improvement District (CCBID), in which I have held a seat for over 7 years. I am a recipient of the Fraternal Order of Police / Officer of the Year 2014, Notary and ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) Member since 2015.
