Central Properties is a private property lettings business with over 28 years' experience. We are based in Fallowfield, Manchester and specialise in student accommodation. We have a large property portfolio with a selection of property types reflecting the varying needs of the tenant in terms of price, location and facilities offered. Our Portfolio can accommodate groups of students requiring three bedrooms up to eleven bedrooms. All properties advertised are wholly owned by Central Properties, so we have a personal interest in their standard and upkeep. We feel that we really know what students want from their accommodation and expect from their landlord. Our reputation is important to us and we pride ourselves on the quality of our accommodation and our excellent customer service.
