Central Pennsylvania Franchisee Service Center, Inc. ("CPAFSC") is an independent contractor responsible for the development and supervision of the SUBWAY® brand within fifteen (15) counties in central Pennsylvania: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Perry, Union, and York. There are currently more than 200 SUBWAY® locations locations under the supervision of CPAFSC. The CPAFSC team has facilitated negotiations between SUBWAY® and HERCO (formerly Hershey Estate), Palace Entertainment (one of the world's largest amusement park companies with 50 parks in almost a dozen countries), Auntie Anne's (the first developer to create co-branded locations featuring SUBWAY® and Auntie Anne's), Sunoco (a deal that lead to 19 A+ Mini Market sites being offered to SUBWAY® nationwide), the Penn State University, Harrisburg International Airport, Geisinger Medical Center (one of the top regional hospitals in the US), and the Harrisburg Area Community College (6 campuses).
