It distributes offerings through U.S. brokerage firms, registered investment advisors, financial planning firms & family offices. On March 11, 2022, Macquarie Asset Management completed its acquisition of Central Park Group. CPG forms the cornerstone of Macquarie’s efforts to serve high-net-worth investor demand for alternative investments. CPG Funds are managed by Central Park Advisers, LLC & distributed by Delaware Distributors, L.P. (“Delaware”). Delaware, a Macquarie Group entity, is an SEC registered broker/dealer & FINRA member.
