OUR HISTORY Central IQ was founded in January 2006 as a third-generation research, education, and consulting firm serving social-benefit innovators, entrepreneurs, and executives. Our first-generation company was (1) founded in 1988 as Reimbursement Dynamics, Inc.; (2) rebranded in 1991 as Health IQ; and (3) acquired by Elsevier in 1998 to help researchers and healthcare professionals advance science and improve health outcomes for the benefit of society. Our second-generation company was founded in 1997 as Mission Accomplished and acquired by ABC Coding Solutions in 2002 to (1) create impartial healthcare data standards; (2) enhance healthcare knowledge management systems; and (3) improve healthcare research, management, and commerce. We remain committed to serving pragmatic visionaries in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors—especially those who appreciate the mantra "No margin, no mission."
