By structure we are long term financial investors, but at heart we are industrialists with over one hundred twenty years of experience. Unlike a typical financial investor we do not evaluate companies through historical P&L. We evaluate their skills, competencies and products. This unlocks hidden potential for improvement and growth especially on export markets. We create value by active transformation of strategy, operations, business development and finance of the businesses in which we invest, making them significantly more competitive internationally.
