We are a dynamic, multi-cultural church in Central Florida. Our mission is simple: Faith Assembly exists to help people encounter Jesus. Our vision is that The Gospel reaches all of our surrounding communities. To make Jesus known, we will stay relevant with culture but unmoved by cultural influences that steer away from our firm beliefs. We will design environments and experiences that connect people to the faith community. We will prioritize spiritual growth by framing all of our efforts around the fundamental truths of God’s Word. We will actively support local and global missions by continuously increasing our financial support of missionaries and presence in the mission field. Gathering Place is a 66.5 acre park designed to welcome all Tulsans to a vibrant and inclusive community space that engages, educates, and excites!

Our story began in 1958, in a rented single-storey terrace house at 25 Everitt Road. We were part of Elim Church and was called Elim Chapel. We adopted the name "Emmanuel Assembly of God" in 1969, when the church became affiliated to the Assemblies of God in Singapore. As the Lord added new souls to Emmanuel, the church soon outgrew its facilities and, from 1980, it became necessary to meet at rented halls for Sunday morning services. The Lord provided for our growing needs, and the present site at 165 Upper East Coast Road, then a single-storey building, was purchased in August 1985. The Lord continued to bless the church, and soon, we had to hold multiple services to cater to the growing congregation. In 1996, the property was demolished to make way for a new four-storey building. After just 17 months of construction, the new church building was officially opened on April 18, 1998. This spelled another phase of development in the life of Emmanuel. All Glory to God!
