Our History About Us The Central Alberta Immigrant Women’s Association was an incorporated in Sept. 05, 1991. The association was formed by a group of immigrant women with the goal of empowering immigrant women. Its main purpose is to raise the level of awareness of these women and their families to the different aspects of Canadian life and to assist them in achieving their full potential as members of the Canadian Society.
