Integrated Commercial Applications, Inc. was founded in 1980 to design, develop and market products for a maturing profession -- retail and commercial property management. In early 1980, ICA was contracted by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to embark on a project that would enable its 25,000 members to begin to enjoy the benefits and advantages of automation. The project took two years to complete, and CenterSoftI was born in 1984. Since that time, the name CenterSoft has become synonymous with superior quality and service. Two years later, CenterSoftII was introduced. CenterSoftII was designed to take advantage of state of the art technological improvements and innovations including networks. However, the most significant quality of CenterSoftII is the people who made major contributions to its revolutionary and innovative features -- our end users. CenterSoftII is a product that enjoys a bright future due to the commitment that ICA has made, and due to the commitments of other companies such as Novell and Advanced Business Microsystems (ABM), both of whom support Btrieve, the file manager that is the core and foundation of CenterSoftII.
