The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Health is a private group practice of dedicated professionals, committed to providing comprehensive, individualized mental health services in a warm and health-oriented environment. Each member of our team holds advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), marriage and family therapy, and/or trauma therapy. Our Intensively Trained DBT Team offers full DBT programs for adolescents and adults, including individual DBT sessions, group-based skills classes, and skills coaching by phone. We also offer meditation classes, Naturopathic Medicine, and individualized therapeutic yoga services. We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and also provide consultation and training to the community and other professionals.
