Center Earth is a full-service site and concrete construction company serving the Connecticut market. As a signatory with the Operating Engineers, Carpenters and Laborers Union and possessing a broad range of equipment, Center Earth has the ability to provide clients of all sizes with the service and expertise necessary to complete even the most demanding of projects. Currently, Center Earth is working on the Downtown North project in Hartford, CT. The initial phase of the project includes the site and concrete work for the new Dunkin' Donuts Park, which will be the home of the Hartford Yard Goats beginning in 2016. In addition, Center Earth is simultaneously relocating Trumbull Street to accommodate the new ballpark. The firm's founder, Robert A. Landino, P.E., has devoted his entire professional career to the planning, design, permitting and construction of all types of real estate development, which gives Center Earth unique insight into the complexities associated with site construction. Mr. Landino is joined by a team of professionals with decades of experience in construction, including CEO Michael Lombardi, P.E., and President Dan Rossi, who handles day-to-day operations. This team offers its clients expertise in every aspect of pre-construction services, construction phase management and project close out. As a result, the firm continues to grow and break new ground.
