In Fashion, the focus is on elegant, flattering, well made clothes with a carefully chosen selection that crosses between work and occasion wear to more directional, on-trend pieces. The fashion department houses a diverse range of Irish and International labels such as J’aime La Vie, Pala D’oro, Rowen Avenue and Kelly & Grace. In Giftware, Carraig Donn is a renowned shopping destination for Irish brands. Tipperary Crystal, Newgrange and Killarney Crystal take centre stage while there is also an extensive Home and Living collection, led by Carraig Donn's own lifestyle brands Carraig Donn Home, Delphi & Glen Carraig. In Jewellery, brands such as Soul, Knight and Day, Newbridge Silverware and Tipperary Crystal are housed in-store and online. Carraig Donn is 100% Irish owned and operated. We currently employ 450 people across our head office, manufacturing plant and retail stores with 38 branches nationwide in prime retail locations. The Dingle Distillery is an independent, family owned distillery located on the edge of the scenic town of Dingle, Co. Kerry. The Dingle Distillery was crafted and conceived by three independent spirits: Oliver Hughes; Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. Oliver, Liam and Peter are the people behind Porterhouse Brewing Company; one of the pioneers of craft brewing in Ireland in 1996. The Dingle Whiskey Distillery came into being in the cold winter of 2012. Ireland was beginning to come out of the greatest recession in many people’s memory. However unbeknownst to many, the most significant event in the Irish whiskey industry in decades was happening in a tin shed in Dingle. Witnessed by few, the first Dingle Whiskey Casks were filled on the 18th December 2012. Three years and a day later on the 19th December 2015, one cask, Cask No. 2 was released. Our whiskey was born. Our distillery was ready. We have always had quality over quantity at the forefront of our thoughts. We never had any interest in distilling enormous quantities of bland whiskey. We understand and respect the concept, it just wasn’t for us! We aren’t passionate about bland spirit. We are hugely passionate about flavoursome, well-crafted spirit. The Dingle Distillery produces regular releases of small batch Irish whiskey. When we released our First Dingle Single Pot Still Release, it made the Dingle Distillery just the second distillery on the island of Ireland to produce a pot still whiskey. As well as regular whiskey releases, the Dingle Distillery produces Dingle Gin and Dingle Vodka. Dingle Gin was awarded the title of World's Best Gin at the World Gin Awards 2019.
