CellTrack tracks where cell and gene therapies actually go in the body, in real time. Most CAR-T, Treg, and cell-therapy developers still rely on endpoint biopsies and terminal studies to piece together biodistribution. That leaves sponsors guessing about potency, persistence, and off-target risk until it's too late to change course. Our platform, TrackTGL, labels therapeutic cells, and cell-membrane particles like exosomes and lentiviruses, with zirconium-89, then follows them in vivo by PET imaging. We pair it with AcouTrack, an acoustic-wave labeling and washing system that avoids the variability that comes from older, chemistry-based labeling methods. CellTrack spun out of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was built in partnership with WARF. We're running pilot studies with an academic research partner and have signed development agreements with CAR-T and Treg developers. In August 2026, we won the Pressure Chamber, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce's pitch competition and the closing event of Forward Fest.
