The Celler Vell company is dedicated exclusively to the production of artisan cava, nurturing a family tradition dating from the early 20th century, based on cultivation of the vineyards on our own property in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Pere Estruch Casanovas founded the company in 1954 and his sons continue the work he began, enriched with the experience of over 60 years. Our Cellars are located on a beautiful hillside in the heart of the Penedés region, at the centre of the Cava Capital, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Surrounded by vineyards, we work on the process of producing and aging Celler Vell in a strictly artisanal manner.
