The four Los Rios Colleges – American River College, Cosumnes River College, Folsom Lake College, and Sacramento City College – serve nearly 75,000 students throughout the Sacramento region. The district’s 2,400 square-mile service area includes all of Sacramento County, most of El Dorado County, and parts of Yolo, Placer, and Solano counties. In addition to our four main campuses, we have six education and outreach centers in Davis, Elk Grove, Natomas, Placerville, Rancho Cordova, and West Sacramento. Our students are as diverse and multi-cultural as the communities we serve, and our colleges put equity at the center of everything we do. Sacramento's economy relies on Los Rios students and alumni. With a reputation for artistic excellence, innovation, diversity, and integrity, TheatreWorks is Silicon Valley’s leading professional nonprofit theatre company. TheatreWorks presents a year-round season of musicals, comedies, and dramas in the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts and at the Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto. Dedicated to the discovery and development of new voices in the American theatre, TheatreWorks regularly stages new works, many developed in the company’s own New Works Initiative; regional and West Coast premieres of important modern and contemporary works from Broadway, off-Broadway, and beyond; and distinctive re-imaginings of the classics.
