After more than 9 years of progressive experience with the Six Flags Theme Parks organization, Wally joined the Universal Orlando team as a Manager of Park Operations at Universal Studios Florida. In 1999, he assumed the position of Special Events Manager at Universal's new Island of Adventure theme park where he provided logistical planning and execution for all of the special events surrounding the Grand Opening and Media Preview. In the fall of 1999, Wally accepted the position of Park Services Manager of the resort where he proceeded to assemble and lead the team that would ultimately redefine the role of the custodial team at Universal Orlando. Under Wally's direction, the team experienced unprecedented Guest satisfaction ratings on surveys regarding cleanliness, a dramatic decrease in employee turnover rates and considerable cost savings for the company. Omar Biraimah began his career with the Walt Disney World Company in 1991 as a Custodial Attendant at the Magic Kingdom. In 1993, Omar moved to the Universal Orlando resort where he worked in a variety of roles, including managing several areas within the Park Operations division and spearheading the opening of the Men in Black: Alien Attack attraction. He joined the Park Services team at Universal's Island of Adventure in the Spring of 2000. Omar successfully reorganized the Day Cleaning team to provide better coverage and increased accountability for frontline employees and the supervisory team. He also instituted on-going training and development opportunities for the staff. Omar worked to streamline the Warehouse operation and achieved dramatic cost-savings by implementing careful inventory controls and identifying the best, most cost-effective products for each task.
