With over fifteen years of history in the world of Facility Management and the experience attained in this field in close contact with our Clients – many of them have been with us for multiple decades – together with a commercial proposal that is flexible, dynamic and customized for each client, make the CEG Facility one of the most energetic, effective and competent structures in the Italian panorama of Facility Management. Thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies, always updated and with great performance, we are able to manage each year over 1.000.000 single activities on behalf of our Clients while monitoring each one of them through a centralized system which is in constant communication with all our employees. This means that, today, our Managers and the 270 resources operating throughout the national territory (all directly hired by us), are equipped with the latest generation of smartphones which, through ad hoc applications, communicate with the company and supply feedback in real time, useful in monitoring the development of our projects. All of this in a perspective of total transparency towards our clients, who can consult the results of our performance with a simple click, any time they desire. This client oriented approach and the qualitative level of our performance, on average is equal to 09%, which has allowed us to consolidate a clients’ portfolio with a high degree of accuracy, year after year, this confirms the trust given to the CEG Facility team.
