ULI - the Urban Land Institute is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has over 40,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local, national and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. Zaha Hadid, founding partner of Zaha Hadid Architects, was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004 and is internationally known for her built, theoretical and academic work. Each of her dynamic and innovative projects builds on over thirty years of revolutionary experimentation and research in the interrelated fields of urbanism, architecture and design. Working with senior office partner Patrik Schumacher, Hadid’s interest is in the rigorous interface between architecture, landscape, and geology as the practice integrates natural topography and human-made systems that lead to experimentation with cutting-edge technologies. Such a process often results in unexpected and dynamic architectural forms.

Greenline Architecture seeks projects that can be period specific or cutting edge. We seek out clients who expect an intense level of involvement with their architect. The resulting product is a carefully detailed and well-executed educational facility, corporate office, church or a unique home. The firm prides itself on its professional and design integrity. Every project is unique; the architects do not design using formulas or by rearranging items they have successfully used in the past. The firm provides architectural design and project management, historic preservation and renovation, and full commercial and residential interior design. Within the firm we have specific design studios specializing in custom residential, historic rehabilitation, higher education and healthcare design. In addition to our 5 Registered Architects, we currently have 7 LEED® Accredited Professionals. All of our staff is acutely aware of materials and processes that are successfully incorporated into the built environment in this unique Southeastern region. Our collaborative design approach leads to lasting relationships with our clients.
