Our Mission: Above all else,...be helpful! Cedar Rock Solutions is a veterinary and healthcare consulting firm based in Portland, Oregon founded in 2018 by Kurt Smith, MBA. We help small and large veterinary practices navigate the dynamic world of business. We aid practices with succession planning, change management, marketing analysis, accounting and strategy. Our mission is, “Above all Else…Be Helpful.” We encourage our clients to maintain sustainable business practices and we recognize that we need to have to give something back. We need be good stewards of our forests and wild places. It’s key to our physical and mental well-being. We are Certified 2% for Conservation. We donate 1% of revenue and volunteer 1% of our time to conservation organizations. By supporting conservation efforts we can truly “Be Helpful.”
