The University of Cambridge's modern and contemporary art gallery, a house with a permanent collection of modern art, a gallery showing a varied programme of exhibitions and a busy events programme including concerts and activities for all ages. The House at Kettle's Yard was created by Jim Ede, former curator at the Tate Gallery, who lived here from 1958-1973, in 1966 he gave the house and its contents to the University of Cambridge. Kettle's Yard is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.

The English Folk Dance and Song Society (EFDSS) is a vibrant arts organisation working locally, nationally and internationally. Founded in 1932 as the national development agency for the folk arts, EFDSS promotes learning and participation, performance, artists’ development and advocacy.
EFDSS manages the acclaimed National Youth Folk Ensemble; works with schools, colleges, community groups and cultural organisations across England; and runs classes, courses, projects and events for most ages and levels of experience.
EFDSS is custodian of the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library (VWML), England’s national folk music and dance archive, an essential resource for anybody interested in the folk arts.
EFDSS owns and manages Cecil Sharp House, a world-class dedicated folk arts centre in London.
