Cebu Normal University (CNU) is a state university in Central Visayas, Philippines. Its main campus is centrally located in Cebu City, and its two external campuses are in the provinces of Cebu, particularly in Medellin and Balamban. CNU envisions to be a leading multi-disciplinary research university of education committed to build a strong nation. Its mission is to develop high-performing professional educators who generate new knowledge and help build progressive and peaceful communities.
