We offer services for office computer systems - and by what anyone familiar with our work will tell you - we're very good at what we do. It's not like we're child-geniuses or anything, it's just that we've been at this for a very long time. The Team Cdoc Staff - since 1994. The Team Cdoc Staff are acknowledged experts in virtually every facet of business computing. Our firm is very experienced. Typically, we work with Microsoft Servers and MS Windows Desktops, several varieties of Novell NetWare, and many versions of Open Source Unix-like servers, including OpenBSD and Linux. We design, build, install, and maintain office data systems. All work is pre-paid. We maintain a Lab facility for in-house services, and we're also on-site in offices every day. Our available service time is LIMITED. In order for us to be the very best in our industry, we choose not to pad the core staff with lesser trained service people. We are a very, very low-hassle operation. Working with Cdoc does not require your company to take on difficult or complex contractual obligations. You don't have to gamble with service agreements that expire. We work with a very simple Service Pack arrangement which reserves blocks of our time and expertise for your company. Your reserved service is used at your own pace, it does not expire, and your only commitment is your current pre-paid amount. As few as 10 and as many as 40 Service Pack Units may be purchased, and our standard $100/hour is offered at a discount, with further savings occurring for you when we work in-house or remotely.
